This is a digital software product. Refund requests are assessed against the facts of the order. This page does not advertise a guaranteed money-back period.

If the installer cannot be delivered after a confirmed payment, contact [email protected] from the checkout email address.

If you believe you were charged in error, or the software does not run on a listed supported system, email the order details and we will review the request.

Chargebacks should be a last resort after you have contacted support. Local consumer rights that cannot be excluded by contract still apply.
