Document analysis guide

A practical path: import once, extract text, ask a specific question, then check the excerpt.

1. Start with searchable text

If the file is a scan, run OCR first. Analysis of an empty text layer cannot invent reliable citations.

2. Ask a narrow question

Payment terms, notice periods and insurance wording produce clearer matches than “is this safe?”.

3. Verify every important finding

Use Jump to source. If the excerpt is wrong or missing, treat the finding as unverified.

4. Use several modules on the same files

Key terms, obligations and issue finding all read the library. You should not need to re-import.

Then see the analyzer or how it works.
