Document pack
- Service Agreement.pdfAgreement
- service agreements.pdfSupporting
- construction contracts.pdfSupporting
Select files in the installed app, then create a pack. Missing items are only listed when they are actually absent from the set you chose.
The problem
Folders fill with files named scan001.pdf.
The solution
A cautious classifier helps you sort the library. It does not restrict what you can ask or extract.
How it works
1. Upload
Add files to the workspace.
2. Review the suggestion
Contract, quote, schedule, specification and other types, or unknown.
3. Continue work
Ask, extract or pack without uploading again.
Capabilities
- Suggested types
- Unknown / needs review
- Manual correction
- Used by document packs
Evidence
Substantive findings should show a source location and an excerpt from the imported file. If the file does not contain the answer, the software says it was not identified. It does not invent clauses, parties, dates or amounts.
Privacy
Local AI keeps document work on this device when a tested local model is active. Optional cloud AI is off unless you approve sending excerpts to a provider you configure. See local AI setup and privacy.

FAQ
What if the type is wrong?
Change it. Classification is a suggestion. Unknown / needs review is used when confidence is low.
ContractAnalysis.ai is document-processing and analysis software. It does not provide legal advice and does not replace a qualified lawyer, solicitor, attorney or other professional adviser. AI-generated results may contain errors and should be independently reviewed before being relied upon.
